Welcome to Poway - Rancho Bernardo - Penasquitos Traffic Violator School

Poway - Rancho Bernardo - Penasquitos Traffic Violator School is licensed by the DMV and only offers DMV approved courses. The school has been in business since 1987. It is owned and operated by Alan Seldon who holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and has awards for acting and directing. He teaches all of the classroom courses which are held at the La Quinta Inn in Rancho Penasquitos on the first and third Saturday of every month, except for certain holiday weekends when classes are generally held on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Each class consists of a morning and afternoon session. It is necessary to complete both sessions, however, they can be completed in one day or on different days, and in any order. The morning session is from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 12.00 p.m., the afternoon session is from 1:00 p.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m.. The school’s students have included several active duty and retired law enforcement officers, at least two Superior Court judges and constantly receives referrals from past students. Since its inception, the school has never cancelled a class and has never turned anybody away. With his talents, experience and common sense approach to the laws of safe diving Alan has even been known to receive ovations from his students.
